The given illustration gives information about the process of recycled paper production.
Overall, it is clear that there are 4 distinct stages illustrated by the cycle. Commencing with making pulp and ending with making paper.
The first step in this process is making pulp. The used papers are conveyed by means of the conveyor belt to a large tank. Afterwards, in this tank, the paper is mixed with water and chemicals to form a pulp. The next phase is filtering, the pulp is passed through a filter to separate the paper fibers from other materials. This makes the pulp more prepared for the next steps.
In the following stage, the pulp enters a cleaning. Following this, ink and other fine particles are removed from the paper fibers using water, soap, and air. The next phase, is making paper . The cleaned pulp is poured onto a conveyor belt and passed through heated rollers to dry and form sheets of paper. Having completed all of these steps, the recycled paper produced is packaged for reuse.
