The illustration provides a changes how an office building was reconstructed into a new dental clinic.
Overall, there were sophisticated changes, the entrance remained the same at the west. Some of the rooms were reconstructed and some of them were renamed.
Firstly, there were three offices at the office building. The second office was the main feature of this building. Two others were situated not far from the second office. The water closet was located just below the main office. The reception and storage areas were placed near with entrance, placed at north and south. The corner of the office was open plan office.
Secondly, the reception area remained in its original position, while the kitchen and Office 1 were replaced with Treatment Rooms 1 and 2. The former open-plan office became Treatment Room 4. Office 2 was transformed into Treatment Room 3, and the space previously occupied by Office 3 now serves as the sterilisation room. The storage area and toilet in the bottom-left corner were retained without alteration
