The above two pie charts provide demographic information about how total electricity was made by using different energies in the world for last year. Overall, we can see that there are seven different energies: coal which is a fossil fuel, oil, gas, nuclear, hydro, renewable energy and others.
It is immediately noticeable that the consumption of oil is approximately 34 percent, which is more than the generated energy of almost 7 percent. However, it is different from fossil fuel; it has used roughly one-quarter, but it has resulted in nearly forty percent with a large fraction. Also, the amount of other resources and hydropower used is a tiny fraction, with 0.4 percent and 2.2 percent, respectively.
Furthermore, combustible renewables and waste power has used almost 11 percent, but it has not been supported for world electricity generation. Also, the result of using nuclear is approximately three times larger than the consumption at 15.7 percent. In gas, the usage and the produced electricity have significantly equal percentages.
In conclusion, we can say that using coal, hydropower, and nuclear power is more efficient to generate electricity because these powers have produced more electricity than consumption.
