The diagram shows a breakdown of how colored ceramic pots are produced.
At the onset, it is apparent that the production of ceramic pots consists of various stages commencing at collecting raw materials and finishing with packing and delivering to the market.
The process commences with digging for raw materials and moving clay to the plant by truck. This step involves crushing in the machine, next the second time of crushing to get better quality. Subsequently, powder is mixed with water to create a liquid. After that, the mixture is fried for 4 to 6 hours to vary in shape, then is taken off the molds to assemble and the oven is heated up to 1000 degrees Celsius. Once pots are dyed, pots with colors experience one fired again. The finished product will be sent to stores to sell to customers.
