Today I will describe a UH problem I had during shopping online before the two day one night chiefip with my class. I order it uh charrs online and I’m very devested with this experience. On their website they promised prom service, in fact they said they offered it next day deliverly and I really eager to receive these charges but it took a uh week to come and when I messaged to complain they put me on hold and never got back to me. When the charger eventually arrived the zip was broken and the side is also not correct as I ordered. Of course I couldn’t wear these charers and couldn’t contact the shop to exchange for another one and I had to borrow another charter from my friends to wear on that ship. I wased extremely upset not only because I didn’t receive and apologize but also because the shop blocked me from contacting them further. After this experience I’m seriously considering going to a physical store to make future purchase.
