Overall,IBM men participants in senior development increased gradually, while in Microsoft it climbed it’s highest in the last ten years. Percentage for Apple was the lowest at the end of the period.
Looking at the data set in more detail, it is evident that IBM had only 2% of men in senior development in 1980.It was consistent for the next 5 years.In 1995, about 30% men were inserted in senior development and in 2000, it went above 30%.In the next ten years, the proportion skyrocketed and reached about 65%.
In Microsoft, percentage for men occupied senior position was gradually rising,while in Apple it was fluctuating varying with time.In 2010,men dominated and occupied about 45% of the position with a dramatic increase in Microsoft.Apple picked with roughly 25% at the last year of the period.
