I believe the main reason for this development is the search for a better income and work condition, and workers should embrace the change that is coming.

With the increasing price of goods and the competetion on the job market, it is now more beneficial for workers to go to another company or work for multiple ones. Therefore, the future workforce should adapt to this new trend and look for various ways to earn an income. One of these ways could be working remotly for foreign companies, taking online jobs, and switch workplaces as well as professions until they get one that fits them.
