The workplace environment has been changing rapidly over the years, and people have to take multiple jobs or change companies every few years to get liveable salaries. I believe the main reason for this development is the search for a better income and work condition, and workers should embrace the change that is coming.
In the old days, employees worked at the same companyies until they retire, but nowadays, that is not sustainable for them. With the increasing price of goods and the competetion on the job market, it is now more beneficial for workers to go to another company or work for multiple ones. For instance, recent studies have shown that people who change jobs get 40% more money in their lifetime than those that stayed at the same job.
Therefore, the future workforce should adapt to this new trend and look for various ways to earn an income. One of these ways could be working remotly for foreign companies, taking online jobs, and switch workplaces as well as professions until they get one that fits them. Employees who work for international brands are good example of this. They adapt to new requirments and job possitions quickly to be successful.
In conclusion, I believe the recent trend of workers being unable to stay at a single job is the result of not getting apprechiated by their employers, and both companies and the workforce should lean in to this change instead of fighting it.
