I think there are numerous situations that people may deliberately or accidentally commit several offenses. One of the most particular examples in Vietnam must be the road traffic law, especially in non-rush hour. You know, in the city, people might have a tendency to exhilarate their vehicle, and I think it may because they do not really notice on their speak.
