It is true that the maturity of People are leaving their own countries to work overseas. However, I believe this has both positive and negative consequences.
One possible benefit is that the foreign workers can earn a higher salary than what they would earn at home. By deciding in abroad, one have the opportunity to negotiate a higher salary in high demand cause of skills and experience. Another benefit is workers can improve their future prospects in abroad. For example, finding a job That we enjoy could lead to a permanent position on career and learn new skills and valuable experiences.
Despite a number of advantages one there of working out of the country, it has some disadvantages too. To begin with, if we go abroad for work purposes, we can face the less job flexibility. Without a work permit, it’s not easy to move from job to job. Furthermore, homesickness is a common issue for an international worker. For instance, living far from family members, friends and relatives can lead them to suffer from serious frustration when they are not well-connected.
Considering the factors mentioned above, I believe that tendency of working abroad has not only advantages but also disadvantages.
