Overall, it can be seen that women spend most of their time in cooking and washing, while men spend their most of the time in leisure activities like tv, radio and videos.
It is evident that women spend 75 minutes average per day on cooking and washing, which is double than the time spent by men. Furthermore, men spend 25 minutes on shopping, whereas women spend slightly more time (35 minutes) than men. It is interesting to note that men spend double time on repair as compared to women, around 18 minutes per day. Moreover, women spend almost 30 minutes per day on laundry and ironing, while the time spent by men is only 10 minutes per day.
Moving ahead with leisure activities, boys spend 137 minutes on tv, radio and videos, which is slightly more then girls (118 minutes). Whereas on reading and sports they spend almost same around 18 minutes and on sports 11 to 15 minutes per day.
