The table and graph illustrates the average number of paid holidays by year and number of people with kinds average working hours in Uzbekiston between 1998 and 2004.
Overall, the number of employees working under 45 hours increased, while the workforce category working longer hours declined. Concurrently, the average number of paid holidays rose steadily over the six-year period.
Firstly, 16-31 hours at the beganing 10 millions of people who worked in 1998, after this year went up year by year and reached 16-31 hours result 12 millions of people in 2004. While 32-45 started about 10.5 millions of people working and then working hours some increased and become aproximentaly 11,2 millions of people in 2004. However, 45 hours one started last and have been least amount all the years.
Secondly, the average number of paid holidays was 25 days in 1998 and then incrased by 2 days in 1999. As well as the number of holidays continued to rose year by year.For example, it reached 29 days in 2000 years but then went up 1 days in both 2001 and 2002. Moreover,in 2003 and 2004 years the number of holidays remained the same around 32 days
