The proposal of the Porth harbor illustrates the harbor in 2000 and the present version of it. Overall, most of the facilities are renovated and constructed while the road is expanded.
The newly introduced dock is built on the left side of the original one, which is located on the north of Porth Harbour. The marina (private yachts) in the northwest is reconstructed into the fishing boats area. Next to it are the showers, toilets, and the narrow car park locations that have remained unchanged.
Another shower and toilet are installed north of the original car park, which is west of the harbor. Furthermore, a new road has been built to connect the main road to the huge car park, while the former way in the south is diminished. The fishing boats are replaced by the Marina for private yachts which is captured next to the sea. The new café store and shop locations are constructed next to the original lifeboat place. Additionally, a new path has been built to connect to the hotel, which has replaced the old castle in the northeast. The public beach in the southwest of the hotel is modernized to the private version of the hotel.
