The plans illustrated display a harbor in 2000 and its visual appearance in the present day. At first glance, it is seen that some of the places had their assigned roles and ideas change, with a few buildings being built and an extra dock for a boat.
In 2000, in the west of the plan, there was the main road located, and a bit closer to the east, showers and toilet in addition to car park just nearby were situated. In the center of the harbor, an allocated space for water transport was allocated such as passenger ferries area, a dock, marina spot, a place for fishing boat, and a life boat. At the bottom right of the plan, disused castle and public beach were featured. And, a public beach was placed on the edge of the plan.
As of now, minor changes have been made. In the central part of the plan, an additional dock has been introduced. Furthermore, cafes and shops have been added right beside the lifeboat’s location. And, the locations of marina and fishing port have been swapped. The castle was turned into a hotel, with the beach next to it becoming into private beach for the hotel, and the road path was built to the hotel.
