In addition to it, Lunch contains almost 25 percent of the first and second nutrient. Additionally, a major portion of the nutrient is present in supper (43%).
Second, snacks contain the highest amount of added sugar (42%), which might be really unhealthy for the human body. Moreover, almost a quarter of the nutrient is eaten by the citizens of the United States Of America during dinner. Subsequently, breakfast and lunch contains comparatively lesser amounts of sugars than the other meals of the day.
