It should be mentioned, if these nutrients eaten more than recommended it can create unhealthy habit. Overall, the most high percentage of nutrients eaten in the dinner, while in the breakfast it represented lower figure.
Looking at the charts in more detail, in the dinner American people tend to eat more sodium nutrients, which accounting 43%, whereas it allocating lower percentage in other two types: saturated fat and added sugar 37% and 23%, respectively. Regarding to eating snack in sodium, saturated fat and added sugar, they show gradual higher rate. In sodium 14%, following closely by 21% in saturated fat, making the significant figure in added sugar with 42%.
By contrast, the avareage person in the USA consumes 14% sodium in the breakfast, compared to eaten intake in other two types. Showing the same percantage in saturated fat and sugar added, which is 16%. Additionally, each person in the America eat more sodium nutrients in the lunch, making at 29%. 26% Peope consume meals in the lunch that contain saturated fat, while this figure for added sugar exhibits 19%.
