In the year 2016, it can be seen that the majority of the users use social media platform being 50%, email 25%, digital camera 15% , and the lowest being phone calls 10%. While in the year 2017, social media had 48% usage and email 24%, which had decreased by 2% and 1% respectively compared to last year. The use of digital camera was about 13%, which was 3% more compared to the year 2017.
However, there had been significant changes in the year 2018 and 2019. In the field of social media the percentage had increased from 2018 to 2019, which was about 51% and 56% respectively. The usage of email had reduced from 20% to 19%, and phone calls from 11% to 5% from 2018 to 2019 respectively. Though there was a 2% increase in digital camera use from 18% to 20%.
