The growing problem of the reduction in numbers of highly-qualified teachers is one of the most significant challenges facing the world today. However, some believe that the introduction of good trainings for mentors might address the issue. While the good training courses undoubtedly enhance the tutor’s professional knowledge, I completely disagree that it is the only crucial thing to become a skillful teacher.
To begin with, I agree that the effective trainings are one of the most essential aspects of producing highly-literate staff. Initially, trainings are designed to help individuals get familiar with the most important aspects of their work, making favorable atmosphere to their personal and academic growth. In-depth organized courses, furthermore, involve practice, which is literately beneficial for young and unexperienced teachers. In other words, for mentors it is equally essential to finish the sufficient trainings as deriving university degree for intelligent students. As every person have to proceed with improving his abilities and improving his abilities and acquiring new knowledge despite any circumstances.
On the other hand, I argue that finishing the good course or training is not the only thing that allows people to become proficient in any sphere, the personal abilities and personality also play huge role in gaining expected result. First of all, it is worth noticing that communication skills is required in every proficiency, especially in teaching. Secondly, there is undeniable fact that only perseverance and hardwork will lead to success, so it should be acknowledged that without possesing these features, despite having a relevant knowledge and skills, anyone can reach their goals.
In conclusion, while I agree that having undergone through several trainings is highly-prioritized for tutors, I believe it is not the only thing making a teacher a good one.
