Some people mostly judge both females and males based on their gender features, because of that, women and men face some discrimination in particular jobs. Despite this view, in my opinion, we should only focus on people’s personalities more than anything else. If a person has both good mental and physical health with a knowledge in this job, we would rely on their skills, not only their gender’s strengths or weaknesses. In spite of this, people mostly stick with their old-fashioned opinions, no matter what.
From the past to the present, some professions have been divided by genders from society’s perspective. For instance, a particular jobs, that is rely on a person’s strength mostly seems like a man’s job. Nevertheless, we have female boxers who are joining competitions and have won Olympic medals.
I would like to emphasize, how we overcome this problem. I believe that, education is the main key to our society. Therefore, we should teach some lessons about gender-based equality, especially in less developed countries. For example, a girl from Pakistan who she called Malaya advocated for the girls’ education, and as a result, she was targeted by some nationalists.
In conclusion, no matter if you are a women or a men, it is the only main factor is your are knowledge and achievements in this job. But right now, we are far away from building this view in our societies. That’s why we have to educate ourselves in the first place, then we must try to be solve this problems, mostly in poor countries.
