However, the young age bracket showed passive figures in both reading and relaxing/ thinking, each representing less than 0.5 hours, whereas the reverse was true for those aged 75 and over, at hour and above 0.5 hours, respectively.
On the other hand, teenagers showed a slight increase in three various activities. Furthermore, the average time spent by young people in socializing, communicating was bigger than their older counterparts to approximately 0.7 hours. Despite these trends, in playing games/using computers for leisure youngsters exhibited a considerable increase above 1 hour, while for ages 75 and over was 0.5 hours. Lastly, engagement in sport exercise and recreation youngsters were higher by more than 0.5 hours.
