My favorite activity to maintain my health and well-being is either dancing or going for a walk. I usually go for walks in my local park, which is a beautiful place to stroll. It's full of trees, incredibly green, and I find it really energizes my body. As for dancing, I mostly do it in my living room after everyone's asleep to avoid any embarrassment. I usually do this with my friend. We love to chat and gossip while walking. After our walk, we grab a snack to satisfy our hunger. When it comes to dancing, I prefer to do it alone for the same reason – to avoid feeling self-conscious. Dancing alone allows me to move freely without worrying about what others might think. I believe these activities are incredibly healthy because they keep me fit and help me burn calories. I'm not very good at sticking to regular exercise routines, so dancing is a fun way to get my metabolism going. Lastly, it helps clear my mind from everyday worries, keeping my mental health in check. I believe a healthy mind is crucial for a healthy body.

Who I do this with is mostly my friend. The walking part, we love to talk, then, uh, gossip while walking. After we’re done walking, we have a snack just to quench our hunger. Then for dancing, I like to do it by myself. Same reason, so that I don’t embarrass myself. And when I do it alone, I can do it more freely without worrying about what other people might think of me. I mostly think that this is a very healthy activity because it keeps me fit. And it mostly, primarily this activity helps me burn my calories. I, um, am not very good with keeping up with exercises. So dance is a fun way to really get my metabolism going. And lastly, it keeps my mind fresh from all the, uh, mundane worries. So my mental health is in check. And that is really important to me, is. I think, uh, a good mental health is important for a healthy body.
