The illustration shows how used glass bottles are recycled to produce new bottles within 7 main steps by showing how they are collected, processed and transformed into a new one.
Overall, the recycle of a glass bottle starts with them being collected and being brought to recycling sorting. Before sending them to a furnace they are getting broken first and so after the melting process they are now being ready to go through some process to turn into a new one.
To begin with, all types of glass bottles such as green, brown, clear are getting collected from public and tehy are transferred by vehichles for clasification based on their material. After they are seperated as metal and plastic bottles some of them are being used for processing plants meanwhile others are turned into broken glasses which will be transported to glass factories by cars.
After the second transportation both raw materials and glasses are go through some melting process by 1200 degree C hot furnaces. And with the following last step, mixtures are given their shapes to be a brand-new glass bottles which are finally ready to join the cycle of a bottle.
