The image compares two maps of Liverton Docks, one from 1980 and another from the present day. In 1980, the layout included two separate warehouses, four ships, and two cranes; the central positioning included a row of three ships with an additional ship parallel to a warehouse on the lower side, with cranes positioned at the northwestern and southern ends, and warehouses at the northern end and mid-south. Currently, the layout has transformed: the northern area now contains an education centre, a sailing club, a kid’s playing area, and a flood barrier. The southeastern region now features a ship museum, while the southern area includes a hotel, apartments, and parking. Additionally, a bridge spans from east to west across the flood barrier area, connecting the northern docks to the southern infrastructure.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The two blueprints provided show the development that has taken on Liverton Docks from 1980 until now with labels and pictures. Both maps include natural and artificial features in the river and on land.
At first glance, it is clear that the river has been converted from an area for ships movement to one big ship museum and under that there were constructed walking path to visitors’ convenience with its bridge towards the east side. At the bottom of the river, crane and warehouse also undergone some redevelopments by changing into hotel and apartments which have single parking space, while the coast remained unchanged at the southeast.
Immediately, the biggest warehouse in west north has been replaced with the educational center and instead of crane next to the educational center sailing club were added. Additionally, the last warehouse in the middle of the two cranes turned into kids playground so more safety were needed and eventually crane on the top of the nerth east corner was taken away for new construction of flood barrier.
