Hello Ken,

I am writing this letter to keep you updated about my new residential address in the newton area, Surrey, Canada.

The reason being of moving to a new place was the excessive aloud noises of partying by my neighbours, which was making me frustrated everyday. Additionally, I was encountering challenges to emphasis on my academics due to the unnecessary noises all over the night.

The new place that I moved is recently constructed building, which I got at an affordable price. This place is furnished with brand new furniture including all the required amenities and located near to all the convenience stores by walking distance.

Although I am aware that we live in different countries, I am still sending you an invitation for coming and have a tour of my place and I am certain you would definitely like it. Moreover, while you will visiting here, I will be excited to show some recreational places around the area.

I am hoping for you to make a plan to visit as soon as possible.
