The bar chart illustrates the proportion of employees in three sectors in different countries (Japan, Brazil and India) in 2000.
Overall, what stands out from the chart is that, in India the agricultural sector accounted for the largest, while Japan had the smallest proportion among other categories. Another interesting point is that Brazil had balanced proportions across all three fields.
Turning to the details, most people in India worked in agricultural sector, demonstrating 60%. Meanwhile, almost 59% of Japanese individuals worked in service sector, ranking the second highest. Likewise Brazil, approximately half of the population (50%) used to work in service sector. In terms of Japan, employment percentage on industrial sector represented 35%, lower than the previous category.
AS for the lowest figures, Japan had the lowest percentage in agricultural sector, making up 7%. In India roughly over 10% of employees worked in industrial sector. If we look at Brazil, this country had the same numbers of workers for both agricultural and industrial fields, comprising 25% of overall value.
