Overall, there are two main stages within the whole process, starting with collecting animal skin and ending with waking the products. It is clear that this process is a combination of manual effort and machine’s work.
Initially, animal skin were collected and distributed to factories, where workers catelogy these collection into two groups with different sizes. In the following step, employees trim the skin to make it more resemble before adding salt onto the surface of this layer. Followed by this step is the curing phase, at which the prepared layer are cured here for 36 days in order to make it drier. Then, these combinations are washed under water by a machine for 12 hours to 24 hours so it can be cleaner for the hair removing’s stage.
In the eighth step, the skin complex is pickled in a tank by adding extra acid and salt. Followed by this stage, this tank scroll continuous within 46 hours to tan the skin inside. Then, these results are coloured and and sohened before being dried by a heat eqipment. Finally, the products are waxed in order to distribute to customers
