This picture illustrates the stages of producing honey in the small company.

As It is clear,the chain of honey production includes two main stages which are bees duty and human management.

At first,bee’s responsibility is trying to gather nectar from flowers during the day,then they come back to their own home to deposit honey,at the next level they dry this sweet substance with their wings and keep cells clean,while all cells are full,these are sealed with wax.

Next,human activity starts by gathering honeycombs and transfering to the special tool to press for releasing honey.the produced honey is poured into the sump tank and heated in 45-50 degrees.this equipment produce three types of materials,such as dirts,in the sieve tank,for 2-4 days honey that is in settling tank and that is devided into jars equally and finally the produced honey is transfered for supply into the society.
