Dear Sir/Madam,

Hope you are doing well. I am one of the residents from Jamnagar area located in Hamirpur district. I am writing this letter to bring your attention to the rubbish cleaning system in my locality. Dustbins are often noticeable filled with garbages and even though sometimes we have to suffer from bad odur comming from it.

Furthermore, roads and drainage systems are about to choke due to the increasing amount of wastage commning from every home, and the capacity of the trash can is too small to accommodate everyday wastages. In addition, the frequency of cleaning is too rare, so that we must have to wait In order to use that can again.

Hence, I would reccomend to provide more dustbins in this area and also ensure to deploy sufficient cleaning staffs, so that we can live a healthy life. Moreover, new systems can be utilise to collect regular wasteages from every home and it can enhance the beauty of our surroundings.
