The diagram illustrates the information about the steps that are involved in the process of tea leaf with various types( white, green, oolong, large-leaf black, and small-leaf black tea).
Overall, there are four same steps in the tea production stages for all the tea types, beginning with growing the tea plant and ending with drying the leaf.
In the first stage, the tea plant will be grown by the framer, secondly, the grown tea leaves are plucked from the plant will be sent to the next withering phase, followed by the steaming step will take place for green tea and the rolling stage for every tea types except, white and small-leaf black tea. The crushing level will be there for small-leaf black tea after wilting the leaf. After that slight fermentation operation is used only for oolong tea and full- fermentation for large-leaf black tea and small-leaf black tea. Last but not least, the last stage is common for every type of leaf is drying, dried leaf with the oven will produce the tea leaf. It will be sent to every shop or to retailers to sell.
