One school of thought holds that the university should accept every educators without regarding to their academic levels. While acknowledging the reasons behind this sentiment, I would contend that this practice will reduce the important of education and effort of learning, making many problems in education. Consequently, this essay argues that the drawbacks of this method outweigh the possible benefits.
Admittedly, there are compelling reasons for the belief that it is acceptable that every educators should be accepted by the university programs. The primary rationale behind this thinking is that the every residents can access the university to learn, and then have more opportunities in their future career. As the result, the country will be more developed because of the increasing in the educated workforce. Besides, removing the difference between educators’s academic abilities helps individuals relieve stress and do not be under the pressure with the peers anymore. For example, due to the fact that people do not need to take an assessment before joining the university, they obviously feel relaxed and do not have to compare the academic results with their peers. However, this perspective is flawed. If the level of academic ability between educators is no longer exist, educators will not have any motivation to attempt their dream university, making people improve their skills at a slower pace. Therefore, the belief that the university should accept every educators without regarding to their academic levels lacks a solid foundation.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned arguments, it is my firm conviction that the admission to university study programs regard of educators academic abilities should be maintained. Chief among these is that studying with the people have the same perspective and academic abilities which is a method keeps educators motivated to have higher results. Moreover, educators can easily share their opinions with friends at the university because of having the same abilities on assignments, while those advantages cannot be seen in the university which allow educators without academic abilities. For instance, it can be seen that before studying at Havard University which is one of the most well-known university over the world, all educators have to show off their academic abilities so that the university can choose students which is suitable for their requirements, making the educators have more opportunities to learn better with friends having the same abilities. Finally, it can be seen that the results of educators at Havard University after graduation all inspirable.
In conclusion, while removing the difference in educators academic abilities when attend to university study programs can bring benefits, this method also has many drawbacks that we should not allow everybody to university study programs without the assessment of their academic abilities.
