Thesedays, the competition has become increasingly between older and younger individuals in the same job. In this essay, I will discuss problem of competition and propose solutions of this situation.
To begin with, young people have got proper degree in this era for their better future because they are aware of short courses and get well-being job. To an illustration, according to the youth program, 70% younger has completed their good education from the Abroad and they are working in foreign countries thesedays. Thus, the organizations should provide opportunities to older people therefore they can make their better lifestyle.
On the other hand, it is fact that the old generation can not make better career because they do not have age limit for the job. For instance, 60% unemployment rate in Asia among older people that is main reason, they do not have good qualification. Therefore, older people should get step to their own business.
In conclusion, the competition has increased in large scale between old and new generation. However, many old people are working as a private job due to no age limitations and adults are preferred to their skills then they get well-being job. In my opinion, the government should implement strategies and provide opportunities to both generation as well as reduce competition in the same job.
