In my view there are two main reasons why wild animals are threatened. One dramatic reason is illegal hunting. People poach and killl animals to fulfill their demands, for example, in Africa, people sriked rhinos just to collect their hornes, due to rich people believe that owning a rhino horn product is seen as a status symbol. Furthermore, cutting down forests has wreaked havoc on the natural shelters of countless wild animals. The disappearance of forests brings many far-reaching consequences. One example of this is orangutans in Indonesia, they struggle to find food and lose thei habitat because of deforestation.. Therefore, wild animals are dying out and being endangered.
Fortunately, a wide range of solutions can be taken to save the ecosystem. First, individuals must hold responsible for conserving species in wildlife. People, especially young people should take small actions like taking part in voluntary works and working as a conservationist. For example, they ought to gather litter such as plastic, domestic waste and emty bottles to make the beach and the ecosystem clean. Not only individuals, but also governments must be involved in natural protection. Governments should raise city dweller’s awareness by making strict laws to punish poaching and the manufacture of animal products, this leads to positive implications that are beneficial for wildlife. Moreover, governments should spread propaganda cutting trees to save plenty of animal shelters such as gorillas, orangutans, and birds.
In conclusion, hunting and damage to the ecosystem are the main reason why wildlife is becoming endangered. However, this issue can be eradicated on one day if human hold more responsible for natural protection, and make the greatest contribution to restoring the ecosystem.
