The three given maps illustrate the advancement of Brindell between 1800 and 2000.

Overall, when people started living in Brindell, there were more and more space for workers, serving their recreational and productive purposes

In the 19th century, the two kinds of farmland, located in the northwest and southeast of the map, were for crops and animals, respectively. The woodland was situated next to the farmland for crops, and it was also opposite Brindell across the river Stour.

In the next two centuries, Brindell remained at the same corner as it used to be, and the land of this town expanded over time. While the farmland for crops was fixed in the top left corner for the period from 1800 to 2000, its share for animals was replaced by the Bun Hill village for the town’s workers and four industries in 1900. At this time, the woodland was enlarged, creating more space for the construction of the Bun Hill park in the next 10 years. This was when the number of industries in the town doubled from four to eight.
