The picture demonstrates the process of manufacturing recycled paper.
Overall, there are four steps in the consequence, starting with transporting used paper, followed by the conversion of paper into a chemical substance, and ending with the new paper being dried out by heating and rolling.
The first two steps involve the production process of the pulp from the used material. Initially, the used paper is transferred by a conveyor belt to an area where the reaction of many chemical materials, combined with water, occurs, creating a pulp. After this, the pulp is conveyed into a filtering machine, ready for the next step.
The next stage depicts the cleaning process. The pulp undergoes the filtering process with water and soap, merging with air to wash away dirty substances. Despite that, the pulp is still not fully cleaned. Consequently, the second cleaning phase is required, where more water and chemicals are applied to purify the pulp even further. Finally, the pulp experiences the water extraction through the heating rollers. With that, recycled paper is made.
