The picture illustrates the comparison of two maps, where it is shown a project of some part of the city and it’s development strategy. There are some changes in this area that is located near the water.

Overall, the city changed everything started from the buildings, till the location of parks. First of all, the plan shows that before the updates there were not any green zones, however after the renovation it is shown at least two parks on the both side of a river, that separates two banks. Instead of two factories and tree warehouses, architectors decided to add a hotel and an apartment building. Also, the container ship piers was trasformed to a pleasure boat marina.

On the smaller part of the project they replaced two factories by one more apartment building and an office tower, that located southern. The only thing that is preservedon the both project is the ferry terminal on the north of the right side of the map.
