The plans illustrate the current layout of the town’s shopping mall and after a planned modernisation.

Overall, the area will become more developed, with addition of new features such as a supermaket, a cinema, and an escalator. Also, some areas will be expanded.

At present, the centre have a relatively simple layout. Stairs connecting first floor with the second one. On the first level, there is a department store on the north-west corner, nearby ATM is located. Just below the department there are shops, also on the north-east corner and on the south side of the plan. Lift is located in the south-east corner. On the second floor, only shops are surrounding the stairs.

In the future, the mall will undergo several significant changes. The former stairs will be replaced by the escalator. In addition, the original department store will be expanded and appear in the second level as well. New facilities such as a supermaket on the 1st level, a cinema on the 2nd level will be introduced. Furthermore, there will be one more ATM cash machine and the lift.
