Some people have an opinion that mobile phones should be illegal in public places. From my perspective, From my perspective, I disagree with aforementioned statements due to the individual necessity of utilizing phones and the fundamental rights of human, which will further elaborated in this essay.
The major factor that phones should not be limited is the necessity to utilize phones in public places. Phones have a lot of strengths due to many reasons when people are in public, such as paying for food and google maps. Because nowadays, it is a cashless society so people are using mobile banking to pay for food. If phones are banned in public, this is going to be one of the problems. For google maps, sometimes people are losing where they should go. So they need to have a google map for directions to destinations.
Fundamental rights are another major factor that phones should not be limited in public places. People have their own reasons to utilize phones in public. It’s the right that everyone should have to do anything that they want if it’s not encroaching on other people. Everyone since they’re born have a fundamental right that they should have. Therefore, it is wrong that phones should be banned in public because this will violate the rights of people. So people should have a fundamental right to use phones in public.
In conclusion, utilize phone should not be limited in public due to many reasons that phones are necessary when people are in public places.
