Band 4+: A big salary is much more important than job satisfaction. Do you agree or disagree?

It is often said that huge income is most essential part of our lives for having than the career fulfillment. I completely disagree with this opinion and it is important to highlight that Job satisfaction is much more important part of the lives than the having a huge income.

Firstly, let us take a look at tha Job satisfaction contributes to mental and emotional well being, reducing stress and distributing a positive mindset to have succesfull work lifestyle. In other words, Satisfaction in employees who can lead to have a better work life balance, caring for a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. For instance, the most famous stady revealed that employees who reported high Job satisfaction levels had lower levels of stress and also they have improved overall mental health.

Another factor to consider is that the long-term career Success is also depend according to their Jab satisfaction level. Furthermore, a fulfilling career can provide the motivation for continuous learning and skill development, contrbuting to sustained perfessional growth. For example, think of an entrepreneur who starts business based on a personal passion, Eventhough he/she had a financral crises and many challengers in their business, bust the satisfaction of their career will keeps them motivated to Contributing for long-term success.

In conclusion, it is clear that the Job satisfaction is more important than the having higher wedges in our lives. Because it makes people to have better work life balance and to achieve that their long-term career succeed on their lives.
