The diagram highlights the process by which ethanol fuel is produced from corn.
Overall, it is evident that this linear process involves in total eight stages, using various machineries in each step. Main stages of this diagram are exporting, cooking, packaging, and transporting.
First and forecast, corn is required to produce ethanol fuel, which is stored in warehouse and ground then by the help of special machine. Once, corn has been milled, it is prepared in a special machine then filled with water, which step takes exactly four hours. After a cooking stage, crop should be fermented for two days. During this phase, the liquid, and solid by product is separated properly( which is very important).
The next step is cleansing of the ethanol properly which requires five hours. After that step, the finished product is stored, and loaded then onto lorries, which take the ethanol fuel to gas station, where it is used
