Firstly, plantation for bamboo is required which is usually done in spring season. As the image shows, that the plants are ready to be harvested in the autum. After the process of harvesting, the pants are cutted in the form of strips, additionally the strips are then crushed, in order to get the liquid pulp.
Once after getting liquid pulp, the pulp is filtered to get the long fibres separated from liquid. Most crucial step of the process is to soften the separated fibres by adding water and a special chemical termed as Amine Oxide. Further to the next step, the softened fibres are then spinned to make yam. The yam is then weaved to make fabric. Lastly, the weaved fabric is then stitched to get required form of clothes.
