Overall, the amount of waste production was the highest in the United States, whilst the lowest was in Portugal and Ireland in the end.Interestingly, all countries increased at the end except Korea.
Notable, the United States was the highest in waste production in each year amounts to 131 and 192 million of tonnes in 1980 and 2000.Next one is Japan, its peak was in the 2000, amounts to 53 million of tonnes.Korea started with 28 million of tonnes in waste production in 1980, however, its amount decreased dramatically to 19 million of tonnes in 2000.
The lowest amount of waste production was shown by Ireland amounts to 0.6 million of tonnes in 1980.Meanwhile, Poland and Portugal shows 4 and 2 million of tonnes.In 2000, the amount of Ireland and Portugal amounted to 5 million of tonnes, while, Poland was equal to 6.6 million of tonnes.
