Nowadays, the trade of food and grocery products is becoming more various. The same happens with a business field due to the capitalistic world. I have found a grapgh containing relevant data on the topic of annual earnings of three different bakeries in Calgary from 2000 to 2010. In this essay I am going to analyse them and present my conclusions.
Firstly, Amandine bakery is obviously the most profitable. According to the graph, from 2000 to 2005 its annual earnings stayed stable at about 60 thousand dollars per year. However, the income surprisingly mutated and started increasing, manifesting in the remarkable difference of 40 thousand dollars annually in 2010.
The second profitable bakery appeared to be Bolo Bakery which used to have an extremely low income (20 thousand dollars/year) at the beginning of the century. In three years its earnings lost temporary and gained stability, staying at the same mark of 40 thousand dollars per year. As a result, the income had rapidly increased by the 2010 to the point of 60 thousand approximately.
By contrast, Marl Bakery had a temporary and non-fixed income during the decade. Starting from 80 thousand dollars annually in 2000, in 2010 they ended up earning twice less.
To summarize, I would like to mention the similarities between Amandine and Bolo bakeries succeeded in business during offered decade (2000-2010) very much as both have increased the level of incomes. At the same time, Marl bakery got under crisis and finally almost became bankrupt.
