Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

These days, many people try to work harder to be physical stronger because they believe that without strenght sportsmans will never achieve their goals. However, others think that mental strength is an essential part of successful athletes and it plays the main role for success in sports.

There are many advantages of being physically stronger. The first advantage is that they will be able to play until the end or lift heavy weights, for instance if football players will be strong they can play without getting tired. It may bring significant contributions to their team that makes their efforts an important and valuable. On the other hand, athletes can lift dumbbells and win championships for their country or club it is also a crucial fact.

There are some advantages of mental strength. The first one is that they can make a decision quickly especially in huge matches for example, football players like Messi has not enough physicall strength but he is good at ball and it proves that his mental strength very devoloped. Despite of, many players in Football who very developed physical condition they can be defeated by players who with mental strength because they are too smart on the pitch and they will always have burning desire to win.

In my point of view, both sides are great I really liked it but sportsman’s should be physical and mental developed because it will be better for them and for their personal achievements. In my opinion, Cristiano Ronaldo can be an example of being the best sportsman in the world as mental as physical.

In conclusion, I believe that if people will developed their self-development it will be utility for them and I suggest that they should keep hard-working mentality otherwise, they cannot achieve their goals
