We are provided with a line graph comparing how satisfied the employees of a company felt between the years 2018 and 2010. The study was carried out by comparing three different business locations: the UK, China and Spain.
An overview of the results show clearly that workers, both in China and the UK, shared a drop in their satisfaction levels that reached their lowest point in the last year of the study. On the contrary, the percentages for Spain kept growing since the begining of the decade. By the year 2018, astonishingly four-fifths of the employees felt content with the company.
The behavior of the results for the UK, however, seemed promising during the first half of the time span. A growth of 20% was achieved during this period before constantly dropping down afterwards. For China, on the other side, conditions were stable for two years, then contentment started plummeting down to the floor. In 2018, only one in ten employees felt happy at work.
