The diagram depicts an illustration of the recycling process from old newpapers to the final product, a recycled paper.
Overall, remaking a paper has nine main stages from used newspapers. Moreover, it takes more than 25 hours and almost 90% of the total time is spent on drying process.
In detail, first of all, after gathering newspapers, we need to tear up the papers in a big bowl in order to become small pieces. Secondly, in the bowl pours 250 ml water, and then wait for an hour due to the water with papers having a texture like slurry. The next step is that the thing in the bowl convert into dough by using an electric mixer for 45 seconds.
After that, we should pour it into tray with a hundred milolitres water. Fifth stage is that the dough need to be mixed by our hands. Then, after becoming more shaped and tougher, we should distinguish it from water by mesh. Can it dry, we would better to replace it between other newspapers pages owing to rolling it up preventing to becoming messy. The last thing to do is to dry it naturally by the sun for a day.
