Japan and Germany have the highest percentage in this category. In 2000, Germany had 45, the highest indicator of all countries. In 2005 and 2010, Germany increased significantly more than others. The second highest indicator is Japan. In 2000, Japan had 20 percentage internet access. But in 2005 and 2010, Japan also changed rapidly.
