Overall, car is the most common mode of transportation in both years, followed by public transport. The percentage of travelling by car and by walking decreased while that of bicycle and public transport rised.
Take a closer look at the charts, we can see that car and public transport are the domiant ways of transportation in 2010, with the percentage of 50% and 20%, respectively. Next, we have bicycle and walking at a less significant rate, the former at 10% and the latter at 15%.
However, in 2020, there is a drop in percentage of car and walking, which put car’s at 40% and walking’s at 10%. In the meanwhile, public transport rocketted to 40%, bicycle and others transport remained stable.
