On the regard of sodium consumption, dinner collected the greatest sum by gathering 44 per cent. Lunch contained 30 per cent. Sodium is the most consumed nutrients in dinner. Breakfast and snacks accounted for the same figure of 13 per cent.
Saturated fat showed the most stable figures, despite dinner having the highest share of 34 per cent, the three remaining meals showed a similar number of 26 per cent for lunch 22 per cent for snacks and 18 per cent for breakfast respectively. Snacks gathered the dominant share of added sugar as 40 per cent. Dinner and lunch accounted for a similar figure of 24 per cent and 20 per cent respectively.
