Overall, the number of visitors increased significantly after refurbishment. While the number of “very satisfied” people rode substantially,” dissatisfied” people decreased dramatically.
The total number of visitors during the year before refurbishment was 74,000 persons, and it rose to 92,000 persons after it.
In terms of visitor’s satisfaction, satisfied people constitute the highest proportion of population after refurbishment, and rose from 30 to 40. The population of “very satisfied” people increased dramatically from 15 to 35. In contrast, dissatisfied people had the largest decrease from 40 to 15 while, it made the greatest contribution during the year before refurbishment. The amount of “very dissatisfied” people declined from 10 to 5, and people who chose to have no response remained stable at 5.
