Dear Madina,

The reason why I am addressing you this letter is that I have to cancel visit and why I can not visit in your home on time.

I am looking forward our meeting. Moreover, at the university conferance day is changed and I must attend this event that is essential for me and will affect my future career

I really apologiza for this invonvenience. I am really disappointed beacuse I had already started to prepare for our meeting.

If you are free, I would like to reschedule time that suits for you perhaps next week thursday. I believe that we can make this visit unforgetable.
