In the modern world, some people think that TV programs do not provide any real value for kids and do not teach them to learn new things. I strongly disagree with this idea. TV shows sometimes can influence kids and help them to learn new and useful things.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why television teaches kids some useful things. There are a lot of TV programs that always show educational programs such as science or documentaries about history, which can help children in an enjoyable way. For instance, in my country, Algeria, there are always some TV programs including content about creativity. These programs can reduce the stress and impact of schools, and kids can learn new words or even a new language by watching TV programs. As a result, watching television programs is one of the better ways to help our kids and protect them from the dark world.
Secondly, another reason why television shows are useful for kids is that TV can support children’s creativity and imagination. When children watch a film about animals or space exploration, their imagination will be more flexible. For example, if every kid watches shows about space exploration, all of them will dream of discovering space. As a result, TV shows are always useful for kids.
To sum up, I strongly believe that television is valuable for children because it provides education and supports them in terms of creativity.
